What is GuideMyTech?
Most technology is complicated and hard to use for the average consumer. GuideMyTech is a network of guides designed to solve this problem. These guides help users walk through and simplify different facets of technology. They are built to provide ease of use and enjoyment for their viewers. Included in the websites are easy-to-follow, step-by-step videos providing helpful information and tutorials.
History of GuideMyTech
In September of 2011, the first guide in the GuideMyTech network was born, GuideMyJailbreak. Jailbreaking is something that anyone can do to an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to enhance the existing functionality, and even add new features. The goal of GuideMyJailbreak was to create something that users in the “Jailbreak community,” along with non-technical users, could use to easily enhance their iDevice. It was a success! Just a month after launching on September 19th, the guide saw 350,000 hits. After working on GuideMyJailbreak for only a few months, we decided that it was time to expand the network.
We chose to build and launch a virus removal guide for users experiencing issues with their computer related to viruses and malware. On February 28th, we launched GuideMyVirusRemoval. Users from all over the world have used the guide to remove viruses and malware, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Our next move was to create a way for users of our Jailbreak guide to install an update of Apple’s newest software, iOS 6, which was in high demand. From that idea, GuideMyiOSBeta was born.
That is where we are today. We are still actively developing and improving the network of guides.

This guide fits into GuideMyEmail perfectly.
